If you are looking for direction with your finances and a place to start with a real estate portfolio, then you must meet with Nick Painz. Nick has a teacher and servant's heart and full of investment experience; he has been beyond helpful in guiding my husband and I with personal investment questions. After a few meetings and phone calls with Nick, we now have a better understanding of the numbers, both pros and cons, behind a refinance, HELOC and rental investments. Nick is an exceptional teacher! He examines and explains ways of wealth creation through real estate that most people wouldn’t think of such as principals pay down, appreciation and tax advantages.
